Delivery Information & Policies

Substitution Policy:

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or vases are necessary due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability of specific floral and materials selections. Our designers ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute with items of equal or higher value.

Deliveries:

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but can typically offer a four hour window as requested. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Currently, we are only offering contactless delivery on Thursdays to Hoboken and Jersey City. Orders must be placed by the 8pm Wednesday to ensure delivery the next day.

Undeliverable Orders:

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor or secure location on the premises, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for alternate delivery.  The customer assumes all liability for special requests to leave arrangements in unattended areas such as front steps, porches, etc. Karma Flowers cannot assume responsibility for missing or faulty gifts due to this special request.

Canceling an Order:

Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please contact us at 732.735.9033. For Thursday deliveries: Cancellation must be received by prior Tuesday at 11:59pm. For our “4-week bouquets”, you may make a one-time request to skip a delivery week by emailing info@karmaflowers.com by 11:59pm the Tuesday before the delivery is scheduled.

Return and Exchange Policies

For Non- Deliveries

If your order was never delivered, a replacement arrangement will be delivered at no extra charge and we will refund the original delivery charge. If you do not want re-delivery of your order, then we will issue a full refund of your order.

For Quality Issues

Karma Flowers takes every measure to provide fresh, professionally-treated floral product to our clients, as well as making basic care instructions available to maximize the longevity of your florals.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement at no additional charge. To be eligible for a replacement, please provide proof of quality issues by emailing a photo of the original arrangement to info@karmaflowers.com. No replacements will be made after this time frame.
